The 6.7″ IPS LCD offers a 120 Hz refresh rate and 700 nits (HBM) brightness with 720 × 1600 resolution (~262 ppi) and ~85.2% screen-to-body ratio.

Infinix Hot 60i runs Android 15 with XOS 15.1, powered by the 12 nm MediaTek Helio G81 Ultimate chipset with an octa-core CPU (2×2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6×1.8 GHz Cortex-A55) and Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. Storage options include 128GB/4GB, 128GB/6GB, 256GB/4GB, or 256GB/8GB RAM (eMMC 5.1), with a dedicated microSDXC slot.

The main camera is a 50 MP wide lens with autofocus, supported by an auxiliary sensor, dual-LED flash, HDR, and panorama, recording up to 1440p@30fps. The 8 MP selfie camera supports video. Audio features include stereo speakers and a 3.5 mm jack.

Connectivity covers dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC (data transfer only), infrared port, FM radio, and USB Type-C 2.0 with OTG.
