The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm SM8550-AB Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 octa-core processor while the GPU is Adreno 740. It is packed with 12 GB, 16 GB RAM with 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB internal storage.

The smartphone features a triple camera on the rear side that consists of 50 MP (wide) + 8 MP (ultrawide) while on the front there is a single camera of 16 MP (wide). The device is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 5160 mAh battery + 120W wired, 1-40% in 9 min (advertised) + Reverse wired. It is available in three colors: Black, Blue, and Red.

iQOO Neo 10 runs on the Android 14 + OriginOS 4 operating system. The smartphone features Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, GALILEO, GLONASS, QZSS, BDS (B1I+B1c), NFC and USB Type-C 2.0, OTG. The sensors such as an optical under-display fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
