It is packed with 8 GB, 12 GB RAM with 128 GB, 256 GB internal storage options while there is no card slot to expand the memory further. The smartphone features a triple camera on the rear side that consists of 50 MP (wide) + 8 MP (ultrawide) + 2 MP (macro) while on the front there is a single camera of 16 MP (wide).

The device is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery + Fast charging 120W. It is available in two colors: Orange, Black. vivo iQOO Neo 7 runs on the Android 12 + Funtouch 12 operating system. The smartphone features Bluetooth 5.2, A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, QZSS, Infrared port and Type-C 2.0, USB On-The-Go.
