Itel A90 was officially released on April 20, 2025.

This budget-friendly smartphone features an 8.6 mm thick body and weighs 187g, offering a comfortable in-hand feel. It supports dual SIM cards and comes with IP54 certification, making it resistant to dust and water splashes. The device sports a 6.6-inch IPS LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate, 720 x 1612 resolution (~267 ppi), and peak brightness of 1500 nits, along with Always-On Display support.

Running on Android 14 with itel OS 14, it is powered by the Unisoc T7100 chipset with an octa-core 1.8GHz CPU and PowerVR GE8322 GPU. It offers multiple RAM and storage options, ranging from 64GB to 256GB internal storage and 3GB or 4GB RAM, with a dedicated microSDXC slot for expansion. Storage type is eMMC 5.1.

On the back, Itel A90 features a 13MP main camera with autofocus, supported by an auxiliary lens, and includes an LED flash, HDR, and panorama modes. It records video at 1080p@30fps. The 5MP front camera also supports video recording.

Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C 2.0 with OTG, and a 5000mAh battery with 15W wired charging. Available colors include Starlit Black, Space Titanium, Aurora Blue, and Cosmic Green.
