Nokia XR21 was officially announced on May 3, 2023.

The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm SM6375 Snapdragon 695 5G processor while the GPU is Adreno 619. The operating system is Android 12 and the device is packed with 6 GB RAM with 128 GB internal storage.

The device consists of a dual-camera 64 MP (wide) + 8 MP (ultrawide) while on the front there is 16 MP (wide). The size of the display is 6.49 inches IPS LCD and the screen resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.

Nokia XR21 is available in two colors: Midnight Black, Pine Green while it supports IP68 dust/water resistant (up to 1.5m for 60 min), Drop-to-concrete resistance from up to 1.8m and MIL-STD-810H compliant.

The device is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4800 mAh battery + 33W wired, PD2.0, QC3. The sensors include side-mounted fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer. It features Bluetooth 5.1, GPS (L1+L5), GLONASS, BDS, GALILEO, QZSS, NavIC, microUSB 2.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct.
