Nothing Phone (3a) has been officially announced on March 4, 2025.

The device measures 163.5 x 77.5 x 8.4 mm and weighs 201g, featuring an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. It includes three LED light strips on the back for notifications, camera fill light, and 26 addressable zones. The 6.77-inch AMOLED display offers 1 billion colors, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and 3000 nits peak brightness, with a 1080 x 2392 pixels resolution (~387 ppi) and Panda Glass protection.

Running on Android 15 with Nothing OS 3.1 (up to 3 major updates), it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 (4 nm) chipset, an octa-core CPU (1×2.5 GHz Cortex-A720, 3×2.4 GHz Cortex-A720, 4×1.8 GHz Cortex-A520), and Adreno 710 GPU (940 MHz). Nothing Phone (3a) offers 128GB 8GB RAM, 256GB 8GB RAM, and 256GB 12GB RAM with no expandable storage.

The triple rear camera setup includes a 50 MP (f/1.9, wide, PDAF, OIS) sensor, a 50 MP (f/2.0, telephoto, PDAF, 2x optical zoom), and an 8 MP (f/2.2, 120˚ ultrawide), supporting 4K@30fps, 1080p@120fps, gyro-EIS, and OIS. The 32 MP (f/2.2) front camera records 1080p@30fps.

Audio features stereo speakers but no 3.5mm jack. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, and USB-C 2.0 (OTG). The 5000 mAh battery supports 50W wired charging (50% in 19 min, 100% in 56 min). Additional features include Circle to Search and under-display fingerprint sensor. Available in Black, White, and Blue.
