The Nubia Neo 5 GT is built with a clear focus on gaming performance, display quality, and sustained power delivery. It features a 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED display that delivers vibrant colors and sharp visuals. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and responsive gameplay, along with up to 1200 nits of brightness for better outdoor visibility. With 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, the panel ensures rich and accurate color reproduction.

At the core of the device is the UNISOC T9100 chipset, manufactured on a 6nm TSMC process. The processor combines Cortex-A76 and Cortex-A55 cores, with a prime core clocked at 2.7GHz to handle demanding tasks and gaming workloads efficiently. Thermal management is a major highlight.

The phone includes a built-in active cooling fan along with a large 4083mm² vapor chamber, designed to maintain stable performance during extended gaming sessions. The device uses LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage for fast data access and app loading, although exact memory configurations have not been specified.

Power comes from a 6000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging.
