Nubia Z60 Fold sensors include side-mounted fingerprint, accelerometer, proximity, and compass. It supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) and is powered by Qualcomm SM8550-AB Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Octa-core processor and the GPU is Adreno 730. It is packed with 8 GB, 12 GB RAM alongwith 128 GB, 256 GB internal storage options.

The display size is 6.67 inches AMOLED and ~395 PPI density. The device runs on the Android 13 + Redmagic 5.0 operating system. The smartphone is integrated with a triple camera on the rear side: 64 MP + 5 MP + 2 MP. On the front, there is a single camera: 20 MP (wide).

Nubia Z60 Fold is fueled with a Non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery + Fast charging 100W. The device is available in various colors such as Black, White, and Blue. It also features a loudspeaker with stereo speakers, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS (L1+L5), GLONASS, BDS, GALILEO, QZSS, and USB Type-C 3.1, OTG.
