Powered by Android 15 with up to 4 major Android upgrades and OxygenOS 15, the OnePlus 13R runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset with an octa-core CPU (up to 3.3 GHz) and Adreno 750 GPU. Memory options include 256GB storage with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage with 16GB RAM (UFS 4.0).

The main camera setup includes a 50 MP wide lens, a 50 MP telephoto lens (2x optical zoom), and an 8 MP ultrawide lens, capable of 4K video recording. The 16 MP selfie camera supports 1080p video. The phone supports stereo speakers and has no 3.5mm jack. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6e, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and USB Type-C.
