This smartwatch is designed with a clean, premium look and a compact form factor. It measures 45 × 45 × 8.9 mm and weighs just 35 g, making it light and comfortable for all-day wear. The build combines a glass front, a stainless steel frame, and a plastic back, giving it a sturdy yet refined feel. It is rated IP68 and 5ATM, offering strong protection against dust and water, including swimming and everyday exposure.

The watch features a 1.46-inch AMOLED display with a sharp 464 × 464 resolution and around 317 ppi, delivering crisp text and vibrant colors. Brightness is excellent, reaching 1500 nits in high-brightness mode and up to 3000 nits peak, ensuring clear visibility even in bright sunlight.

Running on OxygenOS Watch 7.1, the smartwatch focuses on smooth performance and efficient power use. OnePlus Watch 3 Lite includes 4 GB of internal storage for apps and system functions. The watch does not support a SIM card or Wi-Fi, relying instead on Bluetooth 5.2 for connectivity with a smartphone.

Health and fitness tracking are key strengths, with sensors for heart rate, SpO2, skin temperature, accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, barometer, and built-in dual-band GPS (L1 + L5) for accurate outdoor activity tracking. NFC is included, though not for payments. Powering the watch is a 339 mAh battery, offering dependable daily usage. It is available in Black Steel and Silver Steel color options.
