The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 Octa core processor + Adreno 619 GPU. The device runs on Android 12 operating system while the device is packed with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage.

Oppo F23 Pro 5G consists of 64 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP sensors. On the front, there is a 32 MP wide camera for clicking selfies. The size of the display is 6.72 inches AMOLED while the screen resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels. The smartphone supports IPX4 water-resistant + RGB ring light that appears around the camera.

It also supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) and the device is fueled with a Li-Po 5000 mAh + Super VOOC, 67W. The sensors include Light sensor, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Compass, Gyroscope. The dimension of the smartphone is 159.9 x 73.2 x 7.5 mm and it weighs 175 grams.
