The smartphone is available in various colors such as Blue and Black. The device is powered with Qualcomm SDM765 Snapdragon 765G Octa-core processor. The smartphone is pack with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage.

The dimension of the device is 159.4 x 72.4 x 7.7 mm and it weighs 171 grams. The Oppo Find X2 Neo consists of a quad-camera 48 MP (wide) + 13 MP (telephoto) + 8 MP (ultrawide) + 2 MP B/W while on the front there is 44 MP (wide) for clicking selfies and shooting videos.

The smartphone is built with Glass front, glass back, and aluminum frame. The size of the display is 6.5 inches with AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. The resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels while the screen comes with additional features such as a 90Hz refresh rate.

The device is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4025 mAh battery that comes with a Fast charging 30W, 50% in 20 min (advertised) + VOOC 4.0. The operating system of the device is Android 10.0 + ColorOS 7.
