The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm SM7250 Snapdragon 865 processor and the operating system is Android 11, ColorOS 11.1. The device is pack with 12 GB RAM with 256 GB internal storage.

The dimension of the device is 159.9 x 72.5 x 8 mm and it weighs 184 grams. OPPO Find X3 Neo consists of a quad-camera 50 MP (wide) + 13 MP (telephoto) + 16 MP (ultrawide) + 2 MP (macro) while on the front there is 32 MP (wide).

The smartphone is built with a Glass front (Gorilla Glass 5), glass back, and aluminum frame. The size of the display is 6.55 inches that feature AMOLED, 90Hz, HDR10+, 500 nits (typ), and 1100 nits (peak).

The screen resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The device is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4500 mAh battery + Fast charging 65W + Reverse charging + SuperVOOC 2.0.
