The smartphone is powered by MediaTek 9300+ Octa-core processor while the GPU is Adreno. The operating system runs on Android 15 + Realme UI 6.0. The smartphone provides 1240 x 2772 pixels resolution and the display size of the device is 6.78 inches OLED. It consists of a triple camera 50 MP (wide) + 13 MP (ultrawide) while on the front there is a single camera, 50 MP (wide).

The camera features Photo, beauty, filter, AI scene recognition, street photography, portrait, night scene, 50M, professional, panorama, super text, AI ID photo, microscope, tilt shift, and skin quality detection. The sensors include under display, optical fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. 

The smartphone is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 7000 mAh + 150W Super Dart Charging. Realme GT Neo 7 features Bluetooth, GPS (L1+L5), GLONASS, BDS, GALILEO, QZSS, NFC and USB Type-C 2.0. The smartphone is integrated with 256 GB internal storage and 8 GB RAM.
