The device features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2000 nits peak brightness, delivering a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels (~395 ppi density). The display supports HDR imaging for enhanced visuals. Running on Android 15 with Realme UI 6.0, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 (4nm) chipset, an octa-core CPU (1×2.3 GHz Cortex-A720s, 3×2.2 GHz Cortex-A720s, 4×1.8 GHz Cortex-A520s), and an Adreno GPU for smooth performance.

It offers three internal storage options: 128GB 8GB RAM, 256GB 8GB RAM, and 512GB 12GB RAM, but does not have a card slot for expansion. The 50 MP main camera (f/1.8, 27mm, PDAF) includes LED flash, HDR, and panorama support, capturing 4K@30fps and 1080p@30/60/120fps video with gyro-EIS stabilization. The 16 MP front camera (f/2.4, 23mm) records at 1080p@30fps.

Realme P3 has stereo speakers, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and Hi-Res 24-bit/192kHz audio support. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, and an infrared port. The 6000 mAh battery supports 45W fast charging (50% in 30 minutes). It is IP68/IP69-rated, making it dust-tight and water-resistant up to 2.5m for 30 minutes. Available colors: Gray, White, Pink.
