Realme Q3s is officially announced on Oct. 19, 2021.

While the operating system runs on Android 11 + Realme UI, it is powered by Qualcomm SM7325 Snapdragon 778G 5G Octa-core processor. The smartphone provides 1080 x 2412 pixels resolution and the display size of the device is 6.6 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen.

Realme Q3s consists of a triple-camera 48 MP (wide) + 2 MP (macro) + 2 MP (depth) while on the front there is a single 16 MP (wide) camera. The sensors include Fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.

The smartphone is available in two colors: Aurora Purple and Dark Blue. The smartphone is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh + Fast charging 30W, 50% in 25 min (advertised). It features Bluetooth 5.2, GPS with dual-band A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, QZSS, and USB Type-C 2.0, USB On-The-Go.

The smartphone is integrated with 128 GB and 256 GB internal storage with 6 GB and 8 GB RAM options. The dimension of the device is 162.5 x 74.8 x 8.5 mm and it weighs 185 grams.
