The smartphone is packed with 6 GB and 8 GB RAM with 128 GB and 256 GB internal storage. The device runs on the Android 12 + One UI 4.1 operating system. It features A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, and USB Type-C 2.0, USB On-The-Go.

It is fueled with a Li-Po 5000 mAh + Fast charging 25W. Samsung Galaxy A13 features a 6.4 inches Super AMOLED display that has a 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

The device comes in various colors including Black, White, Blue, and Peach. The smartphone is built with a Glass front (Gorilla Glass 5), plastic frame, and plastic back. The device is integrated with a Single SIM (Nano-SIM) or Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).

It features triple camera: 48 MP (wide) + 8 MP (ultrawide) + 5 MP (macro) + 2 MP (depth) while on the front there is an 13 MP (wide) camera. The device is powered by an Octa-core (2.4 GHz & 2.0 GHz) processor.
