The device features a 6.7-inch PLS LCD (720 x 1600 pixels, 20:9 ratio, 800 nits HBM). It has a glass front, plastic back, and plastic frame, weighing 191g. Samsung Galaxy F06 5G supports Nano-SIM + Nano-SIM and offers Android 15 with One UI Core 7.0, promising 4 major Android upgrades.

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 (6nm) chipset, it runs on an octa-core CPU (2×2.4 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. Storage options include 128GB with 4GB/6GB RAM, expandable via microSDXC (shared SIM slot).
