The smartphone is packed with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage. The device runs on the Android 13 + One UI 5.1 operating system. It features GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, QZSS, NavIC and USB Type-C 2.0. The dimension of the device is 164.9 x 77.3 x 8.4 mm and it weighs 199 grams.

It is fueled with a Li-Po 6000 mAh + Unspecified charging speed. Samsung Galaxy F54 features a 6.7 inches Super AMOLED display that has a 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution.
