The smartphone is packed with 4 GB, 6 GB RAM with 64 GB, 128 GB internal storage. The device runs on the Android 13 + One UI 5.1 operating system. It features Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C 2.0 while the device is fueled with a Li-Po 6000 mAh + 25W wired.

Samsung Galaxy M14 4G features a 6.7-inch PLS LCD that has a 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The device comes in two colors Arctic Blue and Sapphire Blue. The smartphone supports Dual SIM and features a dual camera: 50 MP (wide) + 2 MP (depth) + 2 MP (macro) while on the front there is a 13 MP (wide) camera.
