Samsung Galaxy S25 has been officially released on Feb. 3, 2025.

The device features a 6.2-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and an impressive 2600 nits peak brightness. It has a 1080 x 2340 pixel resolution (~416 ppi density) and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. Built with a glass front and back (Gorilla Glass Victus 2) and an aluminum frame, it measures 146.9 x 70.5 x 7.2 mm and weighs 162g.

It offers IP68 dust/water resistance (up to 1.5m for 30 min). The Armor Aluminum 2 frame enhances durability. Powered by the Qualcomm SM8750-AB Snapdragon 8 Elite (3nm) chipset, it includes an octa-core CPU (2×4.47 GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix L & 6×3.53 GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix M) and an Adreno 830 GPU. It comes with 128GB/256GB/512GB UFS 4.0 storage and 12GB RAM but lacks expandable storage.

The triple rear camera setup includes 50 MP (wide, OIS, PDAF), 10 MP (telephoto, 3x optical zoom, OIS), and 12 MP (ultrawide, Super Steady video). The 12 MP front camera supports 4K video recording. Audio is tuned by AKG, with stereo speakers but no 3.5mm jack. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, and USB Type-C 3.2 (DisplayPort 1.2, OTG).

It runs Android 15 with One UI 7 and is eligible for 7 major Android upgrades. The 4000 mAh battery supports 25W wired, 15W wireless, and 4.5W reverse wireless charging. Colors include Icy Blue, Mint, Navy, Silver Shadow, Pink Gold, Coral Red, and Blue Black.
