Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 was officially announced on Aug. 10, 2022.

The dimension of the device is 44.4 x 43.3 x 9.8 mm and it weighs 33.5 / 28.7 grams. The smartwatch comes in various colors including Graphite, Silver, Pink Gold, and Sapphire. The sensors include accelerometer, gyro, heart rate, and barometer.

It is integrated with Natural language commands and dictation with Samsung Pay. The battery life of the watch is pretty good, it has Li-Ion 410 mAh + Qi wireless charging 10W.

The display size is 1.4 inches Super AMOLED and it provides a resolution of 450 x 450 pixels. The display is protected by Sapphire crystal and comes with Always-on display.

The smartwatch has a RAM of 1.5 GB and a storage capacity of 16 GB which is great for a wearable device. The smartwatch runs on Android Wear OS 3.5 + One UI Watch 4.5 operating system and is powered by Exynos W920.

It supports eSIM, compatible with standard 22mm straps, ECG certified, MIL-STD-810H compliant*, Blood pressure monitor. However, it is worth noting that the smartwatch doesn’t guarantee ruggedness or use in extreme conditions.
