The Sharp brand has launched its latest addition to the Aquos series, Sharp Aquos R2 Compact. The smartphone is launched in November 2018.

As the name says itself, the smartphone is compact as it comes in a smaller display size. The phone has a 5.2-inch display size with a resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels and IGZO type screen with 485 PPI (pixels per inch).

Sharp Aquos R2 Compact comes in three different colors, black, white, and green. The body is made of metal and Polycarbonate. The standards in which smartphone is certified are IP58 and IP6X.

The screen comes with protection and advanced features like Display manufacturer – Sharp, Corning Gorilla Glass 3, 2.5D curved glass screen, 120 Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, and HDR10.

The other feature includes Capacitive, Multi-touch, and Scratch resistant. Taking the sensor into consideration, the smartphone has Proximity, Light, Accelerometer, Compass, Gyroscope, and Fingerprint sensors.

The camera comes with advanced features like Phase detection, 6-element lens, and Focal length (35 mm equivalent) – 22 mm which rare in many smartphones.
