The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm SM6375 Snapdragon 695 5G processor and runs on the Android 12 operating system. The display comes with a 6.0 inches OLED capacitive touchscreen and 1080 x 2520 pixels resolution.

It is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus + Triluminos display. The smartphone is pack with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage. The smartphone comes with a triple camera on the rear side that consists of 12 MP (wide) + 8 MP (telephoto) 2x optical zoom + 8 MP (ultrawide) while on the front there is a single 8 MP (wide) camera.

The device is fueled with a Non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery + Fast charging + Quick Charge + USB Power Delivery. Sony Xperia 10 IV comes in two different colors: Black, White, Mint, and Lavender.

The smartphone features NFC, USB Type-C 3.1; USB On-The-Go, video output, and A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, QZSS. The dimension of the device is 153 x 67 x 8.3 mm and it weighs 161 grams.
