The display size is 6.82 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen and gives you a 720 x 1640 pixels resolution. The smartphone consists of a dual camera including 16 MP (wide) + Secondary unknown camera. On the front, there is an 8 MP camera. The sensors of the smartphone include a side-mounted fingerprint, accelerometer, proximity, and compass.

The smartphone is fueled by a Non-removable Li-Po 7000 mAh battery + Fast charging 18W. It is packed with 4 GB, 8  GB RAM while the internal storage option is 128 GB. The device features Bluetooth, FM Radio, GPS, and micro USB 2.0, USB On-The-Go. The dimension of the device is 170.7 x 77.6 x 9.3 mm.

The smartphone runs on the Android 13 + HIOS operating system. Tecno Pova Neo 3 is available in colors such as Amber Gold, Mecha Black, and Hurricane Blue. It runs on a Mediatek MT6769Z Helio G85 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Mali-G52 MC2. It is built with glass front, plastic frame, and plastic back.
