The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm SM8550-AB Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Adreno 740. It is packed with 12 GB, 16 GB RAM with 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB internal storage options.

The smartphone features a dual camera on the rear side that consists of 50 MP (wide) + 8 MP (ultrawide) + 13 MP (telephone) while on the front there is a single camera of 16 MP (wide). The device is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4700 mAh battery + 200W wired, PD3.0, UFCS. It is available in three colors: Black, Sky Blue, Legendary White (BMW M branding).

Vivo iQOO 11S runs on the Android 13 + OriginOS 3 (China) operating system. The smartphone features Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, NavIC, NFC and USB Type-C 2.0, OTG. The sensors such as an optical under display fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
