Vivo iQOO 3 5G is officially announced in the month of February 2020. The dimension of the smartphone is 158.5 x 74.9 x 9.2 mm and weighs 214.5 grams. The display size is 6.44 inches and the screen type is Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen that has 409 PPI density along with HDR10+ and 180Hz touch-sensing.

The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 Octa-core processor. It is pack with 6 GB, 8 GB, 12 GB RAM, and 128 GB + 256 GB internal storage options while there is no memory card slot to expand the memory further.

The smartphone features a quad camera on the rear side that consists of 48 MP (wide) + 13 MP (telephoto) + 13 MP (ultrawide) + 2 MP (depth) while on the front there is a single camera of 16 MP (wide).
