The display features an AMOLED screen of 6.78 inches while the resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm SM8450 Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Octa-core processor. The GPU is Adreno 730.

It is packed with 8 GB and 12 GB RAM with 256 GB internal storage option. The smartphone features a triple camera on the rear side that consists of 50 MP (wide) + 12 MP (telephoto) + 13 MP (ultrawide) while on the front there is a single camera of 16 MP (wide).

The device is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4700 mAh battery + Fast charging 120W. It comes in a single color: Black. vivo iQOO 9T runs on the Android 12 + Funtouch 12 operating system.
