Vivo iQOO U1 was officially announced in July 2020.

It is a mid-range smartphone that is powered by Qualcomm SM7125 Snapdragon 720G Octa-core processor and Adreno 618GPU. The smartphone has an immense 4500 mAh battery capacity that is enabled with Fast charging 18W.

There are triple camera setup available on the rear side that includes 48 MP (wide) + 2 MP (macro) + 2 MP (depth) sensor. However, on the front, you have a single camera provided that is 8 MP (wide).

The smartphone comes with a huge screen size that is 6.53 inches. The display provides 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution with ~395 PPI density and 19.5:9 ratio. The device runs on the Android 10 operating system with iQOO UI 1.0.

The smart device works great with your fingerprint as it includes various sensors such as Fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, proximity, and compass. The users get three color options to choose from Black, Blue, and White.

The smartphone is pack with 6 GB and 8 GB RAM options while there are three internal storage options available: 64 GB and 128 GB. It supports UFS 2.1.
