The main camera features 64 MP (wide) + 8 MP (ultrawide) + 2 MP (macro) while on the front, there is a single wide 50 MP camera. The smartphone is fueled with a 4500 battery + Fast charging 66W.

The sensors include an optical under-display fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. vivo S15 also features Bluetooth 5.2, A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, QZSS, Type-C USB, and NFC.

The smartphone is available in various colors including Blue, Black, and Yellow. The dimension of the device is 161.1 x 74.3 x 8 mm and it weighs 197 grams.
