The device is packed with 8 GB RAM while the internal storage is 128 GB, 256 GB. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1300 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Mali-G77 MC9.

The smartphone comes in a dimension of 163.9 x 75.3 x 9.2 mm and weighs 202.8 grams. The device supports Dual SIM and the display size is 6.58 inches IPS LCD. The resolution of the display is 1080 x 2408 pixels.

The device runs on the Android 12 + Origin OS Ocean operating system. It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 6000 mAh battery + Fast charging 44W. The smartphone is available in colors such as Blue and Black.

vivo T2x is integrated with sensors such as side-mounted fingerprint, compass, accelerometer, gyro, proximity. The smartphone consists of dual-camera: 50 MP (wide) + 2 MP (macro). On the front, there is a single camera consisting of 16 MP (wide).
