The device supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) and the display size is 6.77 inches AMOLED. The resolution of the display is 1080 x 2392 pixels. The device runs on Android 14 + up to 2 major Android upgrades, Funtouch 14 operating system. Vivo T3 Pro is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 5500 mAh battery + 80W wired, 50% in 21 min (advertised) + 7.5W reverse wired.

The smartphone is available in colors such as Sandstone Orange and Emerald Green. It is integrated with sensors such as under display, optical, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. The smartphone consists of dual camera: 50 MP (wide) + 8 MP (ultrawide). On the front, there is a single camera consisting of 16 MP (wide).
