The device is packed with 8 GB and 12 GB RAM while the internal storage is 128 GB and 256 GB. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ Octa-core processor while the GPU is Immortalis-G715 MC11. The smartphone comes in a dimension of 164.2 x 74.9 x 7.6 mm and weighs 192 grams.

The device supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) and the display size is 6.78 inches IPS LCD. The resolution of the display is 1260 x 2800 pixels. The device runs on the Android 14 + Funtouch 14 operating system. Vivo T3 Ultra is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 5500 mAh battery + 80W wired, PD, 100% in 56 min (advertised) + Reverse wired.

The smartphone is available in colors such as Lunar Gray, and Frost Green. It is integrated with sensors such as under display, optical fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
