The device is packed with 8 GB RAM while the internal storage is 128 GB, 256 GB. The smartphone is powered by Mediatek Dimensity 7200 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Mali-G610 MC4. The smartphone comes in a dimension of 163.2 x 75.8 x 7.8 mm and weighs 185.5 grams.

The device supports Hybrid Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) and the display size is 6.67 inches AMOLED. The resolution of the display is 1080 x 2400 pixels. The device runs on the Android 14 + Funtouch 14 operating system. Vivo T3 is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery + 44W wired.

The smartphone is available in colors such as Cosmic Blue and Crystal Flake. It is integrated with sensors such as under display, optical fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and flicker. The smartphone consists of dual camera: 50 MP (wide) + 2 MP (depth).
