As far as the cover display is concerned, it features a 6.53-inch AMOLED display. The smartphone is packed with 16 GB RAM with 512 GB and 1 TB internal storage options.

It is powered by Qualcomm SM8650-AB Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Adreno 750. Vivo X Fold 3 Pro runs on the Android 13 + OriginOS 4 operating system. It is fueled with a non-removable Si-Ca 5700 mAh + 100W wired + 50W wireless + Reverse wireless.

The smartphone is available in colors like Black and white. It is integrated with sensors such as Dual screen fingerprint (under display, ultrasonic), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer, and color spectrum. The device consists of a triple camera: 50 MP (wide) + 64 MP (periscope telephoto) + 50 MP (ultrawide).
