Vivo X100 Pro is powered by a Mediatek MT6989 Dimensity 9300 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Immortalis-G720 MC12. The device runs on the Android 14 operating system + Funtouch 14 (International), OriginOS 4 (China). It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 5260 mAh battery + 100W wired, 1-50% in 12 min (advertised) + 50W wireless + Reverse wired.

The smartphone comes with IP68 dust/water resistant (up to 1.5m for 30 min) and the display size of the screen is 6.78 inches LTPO AMOLED while the resolution of the display is 1260 x 2800 pixels. It is packed with 12 GB, 16 GB RAM with 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB internal storage options.

The device is available in colors such as Black, White, Blue, and Orange. It is integrated with sensors such as under display, optical fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and color spectrum. The device consists of triple-camera: 50 MP (wide) + 50 MP (periscope telephoto) + 50 MP (ultrawide). On the front, there is a single camera consisting of 32 MP (wide).
