The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Immortalis-G925. The device runs on the Android 15 operating system + OriginOS 5 (China). It is fueled with a non-removable Si/C 5700 mAh battery + 90W wired + 30W wireless + Reverse wired.

Vivo X200 Pro Mini comes with IP68/IP69 dust/water resistance (up to 1.5m for 30 min) and the display size of the screen is 6.31 inches LTPO AMOLED while the resolution of the display is 1216 x 2640 pixels. It is packed with 12 GB, 16 GB RAM with 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB internal storage options.

The device is available in colors such as Black, White, Green, and Pink. It is integrated with sensors such as under display, optical fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. The device consists of triple camera: 50 MP (wide) + 50 MP (periscope telephoto) + 50 MP (ultrawide). On the front, there is a single camera consisting of 32 MP (ultrawide).
