The phone runs Android 17 and features an in-display fingerprint sensor. It uses a relatively compact 6.39-inch AMOLED display, making it smaller and easier to handle than many of the larger 6.8-inch phones in this lineup. The display has a 1216 × 2640 resolution with around 455 ppi, along with HDR10+ and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The combination should provide sharp images, smooth scrolling and good HDR playback, while the smaller size makes the phone more manageable. The camera setup is particularly strong on paper, with a 200MP + 50MP + 50MP triple rear camera system, supported by OIS. Video recording goes up to 4K at 60fps, while the 50MP front camera provides a high-resolution option for selfies and front-facing video.

Vivo X500e is powered by an octa-core processor and comes with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. There is no memory card slot, so the 256GB internal storage is the available capacity for apps, photos and videos. Connectivity includes 5G, 4G, VoLTE, Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi, NFC and an IR blaster. It uses USB-C 2.0, while there is no FM radio or 3.5mm headphone jack.

The 7,000mAh battery provides a large capacity for extended usage, and 90W FlashCharge allows significantly faster charging. Reverse charging is also supported. With its compact AMOLED display, triple-camera setup, 4K60 video recording, 12GB RAM and 7,000mAh battery, the specifications combine flagship-style imaging features with strong battery capacity while keeping the overall phone relatively compact.
