Vivo X60 5G is officially announced on March 22, 2021.

The smartphone comes in a dimension of 159.6 x 75 x 7.4 mm and weighs 176 grams. It is built with a glass front, glass back, and aluminum frame. It supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) and the resolution of the display is 1080 x 2376 pixels.

The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm SM8250-AC Snapdragon 870 5G Octa-core processor. It is packed with 12 GB RAM with 256 GB internal storage. The device runs on the Android 11 + Funtouch 11.1 operating system.

Vivo X60 5G is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4300 mAh battery + Fast charging 33W. The smartphone is available in Midnight Black and Shimmer Blue colors. The smartphone is integrated with sensors such as Fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and color spectrum.

The smartphone consists of triple camera: 48 MP (wide) + 13 MP (portrait) 2x optical zoom + 13 MP (ultrawide). On the front, there is a single camera consist of 32 MP (wide). It features GPS with dual-band A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, GALILEO, Bluetooth 5.1, and USB Type-C 2.0, USB On-The-Go.
