The smartphone comes in a dimension of 158.6 x 73.4 x 9.1 mm and weighs 191 grams. It supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) and the resolution of the display is 1080 x 2376 pixels.

It is packed with 8 GB and 12 GB RAM with 128 GB and 256 GB internal storage. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm SM8350 Snapdragon 888 5G Octa-core processor. vivo X60t Pro+ runs on the Android 11 + OriginOS 1.0 operating system.

It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4200 mAh battery + Fast charging 55W. The smartphone is available in Orange and Emperor Blue. The smartphone is integrated with sensors such as Fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and color spectrum.

The smartphone consists of quad-camera: 50 MP (wide) + 8 MP (periscope telephoto) + 12 MP (telephoto) + 48 MP (ultrawide). On the front, there is a single camera consist of 32 MP (wide).
