The display size is 6.78 inches LTPO AMOLED while the resolution is 1440 x 3200 inches. It is packed with 8 GB and 12 GB RAM with 256 GB and 512 GB internal storage. It supports IP68 dust/water resistance (up to 1.5m for 30 mins).

The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm SM8350 Snapdragon 888+ 5G Octa-core processor. vivo X70 Pro Plus runs on the Android 11 + Funtouch OS 12 (International), OriginOS 1.0 (China) operating system.

It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4500 mAh battery + Fast charging 55W + Fast wireless charging 50W. The smartphone is available in Black, Blue, and Orange. The smartphone is integrated with sensors such as Fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and color spectrum.

The smartphone consists of quad-camera: 50 MP (wide) + 8 MP (periscope telephoto) + 12 (telephoto) + 48 MP (ultrawide). On the front, there is a single camera consist of 32 MP (wide).
