Vivo Y70s is officially announced on May 25, 2020.

The smartphone is pack with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage. The smartphone features a triple camera on the rear side that consists of 48 MP (wide) + 8 MP (ultrawide) + 2 MP (depth) while on the front there is a 16 MP selfie camera.

The device dimension is 162 x 76.6 x 8.5 mm and it weighs 190 grams. The display size is 6.53 inches and the screen type is an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that has 395 PPI density while the resolution of the screen is 1080 x 2340 pixels. The smartphone is powered by the Exynos 880 Octa-core processor.

The device is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4500 battery + charging 18W that comes in various color options such as Black, Blue, and White. The device runs on the Android 10 + Funtouch 10.0 operating system.

The Vivo Y70s features GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, GALILEO, 3.5mm headphone Jack, Loudspeaker with stereo speakers, and sensors such as Fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, proximity, and compass.
