Xiaomi 13 Ultra comes in 6.73 inches size and the display is LTPO3 AMOLED, which provides a resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels. The display features 1B colors, 120Hz, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and 2600 nits (peak). The phone is powered by the Qualcomm SM8550-AB Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Adreno 740.

The dimension of the device is 163.2 x 74.6 x 9.6 mm. The device is built with a glass front (Gorilla Glass Victus), eco leather back, aluminum frame and supports IP68 dust/water resistant (up to 1.5m for 30 min).
