Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 is a 7.9-inch tablet, successor to the Mi Pad 7.9.

The Mi Pad 2 is available in hues of Champagne Gold, Dark Gray and Cherry Pink. This device is powered by a 6190mAh Li-Poly battery and runs on a Quad-core Intel Atom processor paired 2 GB RAM and internal storage of a choice of 16 or 64 GB, the device is not very powerful but is available for an affordable $217.

Mi Pad 2 does not support MicroSD storage expansion.

The device weighs 322g making it less than its predecessor’s 360g in mass.

Unlike the Mi Pad 7.9, the Mi Pad 2 comes in a metal uni-body instead of a uni-body polycarbonate.

The tablet boasts of a 8 MP and 5 MP rear and front camera respectively with basic features like Bluetooth, WiFi and video – audio playback.
