The dimension of the smartphone is 162.8 x 75.4 x 8.6 mm and it weighs 204 grams. The device is packed with 8 GB and 12 GB RAM along with 256 GB and 512 GB internal storage options.

Xiaomi Poco F5 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm SM8475 Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Adreno 730. The display of the smartphone comes with a 6.67 inches AMOLED and 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution. The screen is protected by corning Gorilla Glass 5.

There is a built-in non-removable Li-Po 5160 mAh battery + 67W wired, PD3.0, QC3+, 50% in 15 min (advertised) + 30W wireless, 50% in 32 min (advertised). It also features Type-C 2.0 USB, GPS (L1), GLONASS (G1), BDS (B1I+B1c), GALILEO (E1), QZSS (L1), Bluetooth 5.3 and NFC.

The rear camera consists of a triple camera: 64 MP (wide) + 8 MP (ultrawide) + 2 MP (macro) while on the front, there is a single 16 MP (wide) camera. It comes in colors such as Black, White. The smartphone runs on Android 13 + MIUI 14 for POCO operating system.
