The smartphone sensors include side-mounted fingerprint, accelerometer, proximity. It supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) and is powered by Unisoc T820 Octa-core processor and the GPU is Mali-G57. The display size is 6.6 inches IPS LCD and ~400 PPI density. The device runs on the Android 13 operating system.

The smartphone is integrated with a triple camera on the rear side: 50 MP (standard) + 2 MP (depth). On the front, there is a single camera: 8 MP (wide). ZTE nubia Neo is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4500 mAh battery + 22.5W wired.

The device is available in two colors: Black, Yellow. It also features a loudspeaker with stereo speakers, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, and USB Type-C 2.0, OTG. The dimension of the smartphone is 163.7 x 75 x 8 mm and it weighs 192 grams.
