A few months back, UMIDIGI launched a new entry-level smartphone UMIDIGI A11. Now, the company has come up with a successor – Umidigi A11 Pro Max. The new smartphone comes with upgraded cameras, a new processor, and carries several other changes. It will be available on sale from August 23 via AliExpress. The device will retail at the starting price of $139.99 for the 4GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage variant. It goes all the way up to $169.99 if you grab 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The new UMIDIGI A11 Pro Max comes with the upgraded MediaTek Helio G80 SoC, which is much faster when compared to the Helio G25 seen on the UMIDIGI A11. It also comes in dual variants of 4/8 GB RAM. The display is also upgraded as it comes with a 6.89-inch display having Full HD+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 20:5:9. The camera segment of the device is duly improved with new features and hardware.

The UMIDIGI A11 Pro Max comes with a primary Sony 48MP sensor with AI features, and a 16MP ultra-wide sensor having a field of view of 120 degrees. Like the UMIDIGI A11, it sports a 2MP depth sensor and an infrared thermometer 2.0 sensor. The infrared sensor allows the user to measure body temperature without even touching the body.  Upfront, the device features a 24MP sensor that is placed inside the punch hole.

All this is backed by a 5150mAh battery that supports 10W charging via a USB Type-C port. Umidigi A11 Pro Max runs on Android 11 out of the box. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner which is embedded in the power button. However, it also supports face unlock, which further powers AI features. Also, there is an independent key that you can customize according to your needs.
