HOHOTIME is launching its All-in-One AI Smart Training Station on Kickstarter, offering a new approach to strength training and home fitness. Designed with four independently adjustable resistance arms, AI-powered coaching and a library of 860 exercises, the machine aims to combine multiple workout options in a single setup.

This new design can replace more than 60 traditional fitness machines, making it an option for users who want a versatile training system without filling their workout space with separate equipment.

Four-Arm Design for Full-Body Training

The main feature of the HOHOTIME Smart Training Station is its four-arm resistance system. Each arm can be adjusted independently, with a movement adjustment range of 150 degrees. This design allows users to set up different movement paths for exercises such as presses, pulls, squats and rotational movements.

The system supports 95% of gym exercises and can accommodate different body types, heights and training positions. Each arm offers up to 400 lb of resistance, while the high-strength nylon cables are rated for loads of up to 800 lb.

The machine has a metal-bodied structure, aluminum-alloy pulley housing and a metallic finish. Built-in wheels are included to make moving the equipment easier. It is available in Black & Golden and White Radiance colour options.

AI Coaching and 860 Guided Exercises

HOHOTIME combines its resistance system with AI-powered workout assistance. Its motion-tracking system uses 42-point skeletal tracking to monitor body movements and provide feedback during exercise sessions. The AI Coach is designed to guide users through workouts, help improve exercise technique and track performance.

The system can monitor workout data such as power, repetitions and movement quality. It also records training sessions to help users follow their progress over time.

The built-in exercise library contains 860 exercises, with no additional exercise-library fee advertised. Training options shown in the campaign include strength workouts, HIIT, boxing, stretching, meditation, recovery and golf-related exercises.

Users can interact with the machine through its touchscreen, physical buttons and rotary controls, or voice control.

Five Accessories and HYROX Training Support

The training station supports five specialised accessories: Grip-Free Gloves, a T-Bar, a Millimeter-Adjustable Support Belt, a Scapular Stabilization Bench and Ski Handles. These attachments are designed to expand the range of exercises and provide additional training positions.

HOHOTIME also comes with selected HYROX training capabilities. The machine supports six core HYROX training movements, with AI tracking and performance monitoring to help users work on endurance, pushing power, lower-body strength and full-body conditioning. Please note that it is intended for home preparation rather than a confirmed replacement for every official HYROX race station.

The system can also connect with compatible body composition analyzers and heart-rate wristbands, bringing additional fitness information into the training experience.

Kickstarter Price, Warranty and Availability

HOHOTIME is scheduled to launch its Kickstarter campaign on October 22, 2026, with a Super Early Bird starting price of $2,799.

The purchase benefits include a two-year warranty and a 30-day free trial. Buyers should check the final Kickstarter reward tiers for package contents, shipping charges, taxes, return conditions and warranty exclusions before pledging.

With its four-arm resistance system, AI coaching and broad exercise library, HOHOTIME aims to offer a flexible alternative to traditional home gym equipment.
