Ingram Micro India is one of the platforms through which the latest Apple devices can be purchased. The retailer platform has outlined the pricing and financial schemes for those looking forward to purchasing the iPhone 17 series, iPhone Air, Watch Ultra 3, Watch Series 11, Watch SE 3, and AirPods Pro 3. The offers include instant cashback, no-cost EMI options, exchange bonuses and a special buyback program.

Cashback, EMI and buyback schemes

Customers purchasing the iPhone 17 are eligible for Rs 6,000 instant cashback along with six-month no-cost EMI options on ICICI and SBI bank cards.

The iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max and iPhone Air are available with Rs 4,000 instant cashback and similar EMI benefits. The “iPhone for life” plan offers buyers the choice of paying 75% of the cost over 24 months, with the remaining 25% either paid later or covered by an assured buyback at the 24th month.

Apple Watch Ultra 3 carries an instant cashback of Rs 3,000, the Apple Watch Series 11 has Rs 2,500, and the Apple Watch SE 3 comes with Rs 2,000 cashback, all paired with six-month no-cost EMI. AirPods Pro 3 buyers receive Rs 2,000 instant cashback and the same EMI option.

Loan and exchange offers

Loan partners include Bajaj Finance, HDB Financial, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDFC First Bank and TVS Credit. Customers can avail of up to 24 months of no-cost EMI on the iPhone 17 and AirPods Pro 3, and up to 16 months on Apple Watches. Exchange benefits are also part of the package, with up to Rs 7,000 bonus on the iPhone 17 series and iPhone Air, and up to Rs 2,000 on Apple Watch Ultra 3 and Series 11.

Apple is looking to move past Bluetooth’s limitations with a new wireless protocol that debuts alongside the iPhone 17 series. The feature, called Spatial Relay Audio-Visual Sync (SPR AVS), is designed to deliver lossless audio and near-instant responsiveness across Apple’s devices.

According to reports, SPR AVS keeps latency under 10 milliseconds, a level that makes wireless audio viable even for gaming, video editing, and music production—areas where Bluetooth often struggles. This new protocol also adjusts bandwidth automatically depending on environmental noise or device conditions, which should help maintain a consistent signal.

Beyond audio, the protocol can handle biometric and sensor data, allowing for tighter integration with features like Spatial Audio, AR, and VR applications. Multi-device syncing is supported as well, making it possible to keep sound aligned across headphones, iPhones, and Apple’s Vision Pro headset.

Apple has been laying the groundwork for this move. Earlier this year, the AirPods Max gained support for 24-bit/48 kHz playback via USB-C, but wireless listening was still limited by Bluetooth compression. SPR AVS aims to close that gap, delivering wired-quality playback over a wireless connection.

Bluetooth will continue to serve as the universal option for compatibility, but SPR AVS signals Apple’s intent to push a more advanced in-house standard. Support is starting with the iPhone 17, AirPods Pro 3, and Vision Pro, and will likely expand to Macs and future AirPods models.

If widely adopted, SPR AVS could set a new baseline for wireless audio, forcing rivals to rethink how they approach high-fidelity sound.

Apple has announced the AirPods Pro 3, the latest generation of its premium in-ear headphones. The new model introduces several major upgrades, including improved Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), an updated in-ear design, and a built-in heart rate sensor for fitness tracking.

AirPods Pro 3 Specifications

The AirPods Pro 3 feature a redesigned multiport acoustic architecture that enhances sound clarity and spatial audio. Apple claims the new ANC system removes twice as much background noise as the AirPods Pro 2 and four times more than the original model. The earbuds also include adaptive transparency and personalized EQ for more natural ambient listening and better audio tuning.

Apple has redesigned the fit of the AirPods Pro 3 based on thousands of ear scans and research data. The earbuds are smaller than before and now come with five ear tip sizes, including a new XXS option. The new design improves in-ear stability during workouts and is rated IP57 for sweat and water resistance.

The AirPods Pro 3 now include a custom heart rate sensor that uses infrared light to measure blood flow. When paired with an iPhone, users can track heart rate, calories burned, and other metrics for over 50 workout types through the Fitness app. It also includes a new feature called Workout Buddy, which provides real-time feedback using on-device AI and fitness history.

Live Translation is also available on the AirPods Pro 3. The feature supports in-person conversation translation for several languages, including English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. It uses Apple Intelligence and real-time audio processing to help users understand and speak with others across language barriers.

Battery life has improved with up to eight hours of music playback with ANC and up to 10 hours in transparency mode. Conversation Boost is now automatic, enhancing voices in noisy environments, and the earbuds support Apple’s hearing health features, including hearing tests and certified protection for EU and UK regions.

Apple says the AirPods Pro 3 use 40% recycled materials, including 100% recycled cobalt in the battery and 65% recycled plastic in the case. Packaging is entirely fiber-based.

Pricing and Availability

The AirPods Pro 3 are available to pre-order today and will be available in stores from September 19. The earbuds are priced at $249 in the US.

Apple’s upcoming “Awe Inspiring” keynote on September 9 might not just be about new iPhones and watches — the company could also introduce the AirPods Pro 3.

According to supply chain analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the AirPods Pro 3 are scheduled for release in the second half of 2025. So, it’s natural to expect them at tomorrow’s event. Supporting this speculation is the fact that references to the upcoming AirPods also surfaced in the iOS 26 code back in June, suggesting the product is ready for launch.

However, Kuo notes that a major upgrade for the AirPods is planned for 2026. He claims Apple is preparing a radical hardware shift with the next generation, including infrared-capable cameras built into the earbuds. The 2026 wearable will ship with new features that will also be compatible with Apple Vision Pro and its iterations. 

As for the AirPods Pro 3, reports suggest they will feature a slightly refined design and improved Active Noise Cancellation, likely powered by a new custom H3 chip.

Apple is also said to be expanding the health-tracking features of its wearables with additions like heart rate monitoring, temperature sensing, and upgraded Hearing Assistance.

Apple’s next AirPods Pro may be getting their biggest update in years, and it starts with the case. According to a report from Android Headlines, the AirPods Pro 3 charging case will drop the usual pairing button in favor of a touch-sensitive panel on the front.

Users will reportedly be able to slide or tap on the case to control playback, adjust volume, or skip tracks—extending Apple’s gesture-first approach that we’ve already seen on the iPhone and Apple Watch. The case will still include a lanyard hole for accessories, while the earbuds themselves are expected to look much like the current AirPods Pro 2.

Functionality, however, is where the bigger leap could come. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman previously reported that the AirPods Pro 3 will add heart rate monitoring, using optical sensors to measure blood flow more than 100 times per second when both earbuds are worn. The data would sync directly with the iPhone’s Health app, making the Pro 3 more appealing to fitness users.

Other upgrades are said to include better sound quality, improved noise cancellation, and more stable wireless performance. The earbuds are expected to run on a new H3 chip and may offer a better battery life. Spatial Audio with head tracking will also be a highlight feature of the product.

Apple is expected to announce the AirPods Pro 3 in September 2025 alongside the iPhone 17 lineup, with pricing likely to stay around $249—the same as the current generation. With touch controls on the case and built-in fitness tracking, Apple’s next premium earbuds could be a meaningful upgrade for both audiophiles and health-conscious users.

Apple’s 2025 fall showcase, titled “Awe-Dropping”, is set for September 9 at the Steve Jobs Theater. The hype behind this event is growing as the company is expected to make a series of major announcements. Apple iPhone 17 Series

The highlight of this upcoming event is undoubtedly the latest iPhones. Meanwhile, the iPhone 17 Pros are being redesigned with a longer camera module, which might house a new 8x telephoto lens. This sensor is reportedly getting bumped to a 48MP sensor. According to tipster Kosutami on X, Apple could soon launch the AirPods Pro 3. The AirPods Pro 2 was launched towards the end of 2022. Previously, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman speculated that Apple may launch the AirPods Pro 3 sometime in 2025.

According to the tipster, the AirPods Pro 3 will offer a much better ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) feature as compared to the AirPods Pro 2. Although, he didn’t share any more details about it. Apple advertises the AirPods Pro 2 to feature an up to twice as capable active noise cancellation system as compared to the first generation AirPods Pro. It will be interesting to see how much of an improvement the AirPods Pro 3 brings.

In addition to the improved ANC feature, the AirPods Pro 3 is also rumored to introduce new health-tracking features.

Mark Gurman also previously speculated that Apple may have plans to add the noise cancellation feature to the AirPods 4, which is expected to launch sometime in late 2024 or early 2025. According to recent reports, the AirPods 4 could launch as soon as September this year alongside the iPhone 16 lineup.

Notably, the AirPods 4 is expected to come in two different versions. Both of them are rumored to feature a revised design that aims to offer a better fit and sound quality. The charging case could also be updated with a Type-C port. One of the two versions of the AirPods 4 is also said to equip a speaker in the charging case that can play a sound for Find My Location tracking.

In terms of core configuration, AirPods 4 is expected to be equipped with Apple’s self-developed H2 audio analysis chip, which is expected to have a higher computing power. It could be due to the addition of noise cancellation and it may also offer slightly better sound quality.
