As a world-renowned camera manufacturer, AKASO’s action camera EK7000 Pro ranks as the top-selling action camera on Amazon. Only in July this year, AKASO’s sales of the EK700 Pro on Amazon reached 150,000+ which show the camera is a hot product. In order to expand its market, AKASO has now launched its first product in China and it is the EK7000 Pro.

The EK7000 Pro is a camera focused on sports photography, equipped with a 20.1-megapixel lens. The lens supports 4K 25fps video shooting and a 170° super wide-angle, far exceeding the 120° super wide-angle common to mobile phones. For a sports camera, anti-shake is undoubtedly the most important. AKASO E7000 Pro supports intelligent anti-shake algorithm, which can eliminate screen jitter through EIS+ gyroscope, and can also shoot relatively stable and clear videos under various severe jitter conditions to ensure that there will be no jelly effect.

The EK7000 Pro action camera is also equipped with a 2.0-inch high-definition touch screen that supports one-click editing. It can also directly connect to a mobile phone via Wi-Fi and share the captured content on social platforms. In terms of battery life, the EK7000 Pro has a battery capacity of 1050mAh, which can continuously shoot videos for 90 minutes. It comes with two batteries.

As stated earlier, the EK7000 Pro is AKASO’s first product to be launched in its home market of China. It is already on sale on Tmall and is priced at 499 yuan (~$72). The company also promised to launch more products in China in September this year.
